The Position:
Our client is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- $140,000k+ W2 or 1099 option available

Requirements:
- Master s degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license
- Unrestricted DEA license to prescribe all commonly prescribed medications
- Eligible to provide reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid
Responsibilities:
- Monday Friday (8am 5pm)
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments of residents, including physical examinations, medical histories, and medication reconciliation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, considering the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Manage chronic conditions and acute illnesses, providing timely interventions and appropriate referrals as needed
