Pharmacist

Duration: 6 months contract Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join a home infusion pharmacy team. This role involves providing medication therapy management, clinical consultation, and ensuring safe and effective drug therapy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals, support pharmacy operations, and contribute to improved patient outcomes through high-quality clinical services. Key Responsibilities Provide drug information and clinical guidance to physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers Evaluate drug interactions, contraindications, and therapy appropriateness Support pharmacy operations, workflow efficiency, and inventory management Assist Pharmacy Manager with financial performance and process improvements Conduct clinical services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management Collaborate with insurance providers and participate in audits Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers Monitor medication storage, safety, and regulatory compliance Train and support pharmacy staff to enhance performance and service quality Deliver excellent patient care and customer service Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD Active Pharmacist License in South Carolina (in good standing) Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Basic computer proficiency and digital literacy Preferred Qualifications Experience in home infusion or hospital/inpatient setting Familiarity with Epic system Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience with clinical services and patient counseling About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
