Join a network of high-performing dental practices in the Dayton, Ohio area ! We are seeking talented General Dentists to step into busy, growing offices with modern technology, supportive teams, and strong potential for long-term growth and ownership.
Practice Highlights
- Multiple offices with robust production and patient flow
- Monthly collections ranging from $93K to $245K
- Active patient bases growing rapidly; 600-70+ new patients per month
- 7-10 operatories per office (several adding additional operatories)
- Hygienist teams of 2-5 per location
- Fully equipped with advanced technology: iTero, CBCT, Pano
- PPO-focused practices with major insurance accepted
- Opportunities to provide advanced procedures including implants, Invisalign, and more
- Staffing needs due to retirements and nearby closures - strong patient demand
Compensation & Benefits
- 6-month guaranteed per diem ($900-$1,500/day) or 35% of net collections
- $1,500 annual CE allowance + free sponsored CE
- Full health, vision, dental, LTD, STD plans; sign-on, relocation, and student loan assistance negotiable

Mentorship & Ownership
