Position Details:

• Full-time, 3 shifts per week (12.5 hours each)

• Rotating day (7 AM 8 PM) and night (7 PM 7:30 AM) shifts

• Includes weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

• Must be open to working both day and night shifts

Qualifications:

• Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT)

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Connecticut licensure

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Incentives:

• Up to $30,000 Sign-On Bonus:

  • $30,000 for experienced RTs (1+ year of experience)

  • $20,000 for new grads (less than 1 year of experience)
