Required Skills: Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology Valid Pennsylvania medical license DEA registration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal support Proficiency with the EPIC EMR system Nice to Have Skills: Experience in hospital-based urology practice Craniofacial or specialty training in complex urology cases Prior PRN or part-time practice experience Comfort in managing diverse adult urologic patients Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology Proven track record in hospital or surgical center settings Other Requirements: Availability for PRN schedule, approximately once every 12-14 weeks Willingness to provide day and night coverage (24-hour shifts) Engagement in patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up care Credentialing completed within 90 days; temporary licensing options available Must be comfortable managing patient calls from multiple locations, including Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Fulton County Medical Center This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $3,251.82, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated team committed to your success throughout your assignment.
