Position: Per diem Physical Therapist Inpatient (Varied Shifts)

Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our inpatient healthcare team on a per diem basis. The successful candidate will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical diagnoses. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical function, including strength, mobility, endurance, and range of motion.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities aimed at restoring or improving patient function.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, maintaining thorough documentation in accordance with facility protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic strategies, injury prevention, and ongoing self-care.
- Maintain current licensure and certification, including BLS (AHA), adhering to all regulatory standards and facility policies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor s, Master s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or registration as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire.
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification required.
- Prior inpatient experience preferred but not mandatory; relevant clinical rotations are acceptable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
