Position Summary:

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for inpatients and outpatients referred by licensed physicians. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and improve mobility.
  • Re-evaluate patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home exercises to support ongoing recovery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe, efficient healthcare environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid New Hampshire Physical Therapy License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association).
  • Prior clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
