Operating Room Nurse (RN OR Circulator) Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Operating Room Nurse (RN OR Circulator) and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional surgical care. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a variety of surgical procedures including General Surgery, OBGYN, and potentially Orthopedic surgeries. Your expertise will ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their surgical experience, making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Required Skills: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Proven experience as an OR Circulator or scrub nurse Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Orthopedic surgeries Bilingual abilities Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Previous on-call experience Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred Minimum of 2 years OR or perioperative nursing experience OR certification (CNOR preferred) Other Requirements: Availability to work Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM On-call participation required Ability to obtain and maintain necessary hospital credentials and certifications Valid BLS/ACLS certification Willingness to travel if necessary, with reimbursements provided when applicable We are seeking dedicated, skilled professionals ready to make a difference in surgical patient care.
