Required Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine with a specialty focus in Hematology and Oncology Proficient in EMR systems, preferably Mosiaq Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Experience managing chemotherapy patients and navigating complex oncology cases Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in a COC-accredited cancer center Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and enrollment Knowledge of EMR systems beyond Mosiaq Experience with multi-disciplinary tumor board participation Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) Completion of residency and fellowship in Hematology and Oncology Minimum of 2 years clinical practice in oncology setting recommended Other Requirements: Ability to work full-time, including covering some weekends and sharing weekday call duties Willingness to participate in clinical trials and tumor boards Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning All pre-hire requirements including background checks and drug screening must be completed prior to start This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, with a flexible schedule that allows you to make a meaningful impact in cancer patient outcomes. Weekly pay via direct deposit ensures timely compensation.
