What You'll Do
Your days will be grounded in rhythm and consistency. You'll support the sales team by managing calendars, preparing materials, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You'll interact with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and you'll regularly communicate with customers, vendors, and partners in a professional, composed way.
A large part of your role is execution, confirming details, organizing logistics, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining clean, reliable data. You'll also support sales events and trainings, from small virtual sessions to larger trade shows, helping ensure each one is well-prepared and professionally run.
