We are growing quickly and seeking an experienced, dynamic family law attorney to join our Austin team in a hybrid role. In this position, you will represent real families navigating divorce, custody, SAPCRs, and more with heart, strategy, and strength.

Compensation and Benefits

OTE (On Target Earnings) $170,000 with 3+ years of experience + plus performance-based bonus compensation you will actually be excited about.

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and SAPCRs, with empathy and strategic insight.
• Collaborate with our team to develop comprehensive case strategies that align with clients' goals and values.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and client advisement.
• Advocate for clients in court, presenting cases with clarity and confidence.
• Maintain open and supportive communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout their legal journey.
• Participate in firm meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment that fosters growth and innovation.

• 3 years of experience in family law, including divorce and custody cases, with a minimum of three years in practice.
• Ability to draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements with precision and adherence to legal standards.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide informed client advice.
• Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to represent clients in court hearings and trials, presenting cases effectively and confidently.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain open and consistent dialogue with clients, ensuring they are informed and involved in their cases.
• Demonstrated empathy and strategic insight when collaborating with clients to understand their needs and goals throughout the legal process.
