Seeking board certified or board eligible nurse practitioners or physician assistants
Full-time- Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
Outpatient clinic
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care services, including the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions, as well as care for individuals with behavioral health needs.
Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team, the APP supports continuity of care through clinical evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and care coordination, while ensuring compliance with California regulations, clinical protocols, and organizational standards.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with California law
Perform routine procedures (e.g., suturing, wound care, injections, vaccinations)
Minimum Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active and unrestricted California license as: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
National certification (NCCPA for PA or board certification for NP)
DEA registration
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (FQHC or primary care strongly preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish, Korean, Chinese, or Farsi) strongly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Proficiency with EHR systems - NextGen
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills, experience in community health or underserved populations, familiarity with chronic care models and population health management.

Census/Patient volume- Approximately- primary care patients
Ages seen- Adults 18 and older
Due to the patient population- Must be bi-lingual in Spanish(preferred) or Chinese/Mandarin or Farsi
