Job Description
- Setting : Free Standing Clinic
- Dates of coverage needed: 4/20 - 7/31
- Schedule : Monday Friday; 8a - 5p
- Scope of Practice: Pre-employment physicals, urgent care, work-related injuries
- Experience : 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification: Board Certified, SC State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification (must obtain before start of assignment)
