Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Hourly Pay Rate: $232.80

Required Skills: - Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) and Pennsylvania state licensure
- ACLS certification (BLS and other relevant certifications preferred)
- Proficiency in general and regional anesthesia techniques, including spinals and epidurals
- Skilled in airway management (including difficult airway techniques, intubation, LMA use) and ventilator management
- Experience with IV sedation, medication titration, and pain management
- Ability to independently manage cases from pre-op through PACU
- Strong decision-making skills during intraoperative emergencies (malignant hyperthermia, hypotension)
- Familiarity with Epic EMR and documentation standards
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with obstetric anesthesia (OB spinals, C-sections)
- Handling anesthesia complications with proficiency in advanced airway rescue and hemodynamic monitoring
- Rapid learning capacity for facility protocols and policies
- Ability to work in both supervised and autonomous practice environments
Preferred Education and Experience: - Master s or higher degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in perioperative anesthesia settings, with an emphasis on obstetrics and intraoperative emergencies
Other Requirements: - DEA license required
- Credentialing and privileging process approximately 60 days
- Willingness to work primarily locally; travel and lodging arrangements may be considered when necessary
- Vaccinations compliant with healthcare standards
- Availability to start on 05/01/2026
