- Self-scheduling, 8 or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time
- Welcome new grads and experienced
- Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
- Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
- Opportunities for overtime if desired
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- Care team model, equitable call schedule
- Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
- ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases
