Required Skills: Current Indiana State Department of Health Radiology Technologist license ARRT(R) certification BLS certification Expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic procedures Knowledge of sterile techniques and supplies Ability to operate radiology equipment efficiently and position patients accurately Strong patient care skills, demonstrating compassion and professionalism across all age groups Flexibility to perform scrub-in procedures and adapt to complex cases Ability to maneuver and improvise positioning as needed for patient safety and image quality Nice to Have Skills: Pending state license acceptance during the licensure process Experience in interventional radiology procedures Advanced credentials in interventional radiology Familiarity with Cerner charting systems Experience working in a short-term acute care environment Preferred Education and Experience: Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Prior experience in interventional radiology or a similar specialized setting Minimum of 1-2 years in a fast-paced medical imaging environment Other Requirements: Availability for 10 shifts per month, including weekend call every 3rd or 4th weekend Willingness to work 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 am 5:30 pm) Must work 2-3 major holidays per year Willing to accept pending licensure as long as applications are submitted timely On-call responsibilities required with guaranteed hours ranging from 36 to 48 hours per week Ability to work in a hospital setting with flexible scheduling options to be discussed Pay Rate and Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $77.41 Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Supportive 24/7 team dedicated to your success This is a unique opportunity to join a compassionate healthcare team committed to excellence.
