We are looking for a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to join our reputable healthcare team, starting June 1, 2026. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay rate of $295.62, with day shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) scheduled primarily Monday through Wednesday, supporting work-life balance Flexible coverage with 2-3 day stretches, 2 weeks per month, providing a predictable schedule Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program and dedicated 24/7 team support to ensure your success Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Key Responsibilities Provide OB-GYN consultation and procedures, including minor procedures such as EMB, Colpo, pessary maintenance, and PAPs Support a busy clinic seeing approximately 20-25 patients daily across a wide age range (14-90 years) Collaborate with clinic nurses, front office staff, and clinical supervisors to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR system and maintain compliance with all clinical protocols Required Skills and Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN Active Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration BLS certification is mandatory Ability to perform minor procedures and proficiency with colposcope or referral capability Capable of working independently within a team-oriented environment Nice to Have Skills Experience with EMR systems, particularly EPIC Additional certifications such as ACLS Knowledge of women s health management for diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience MD or DO from an accredited institution with completion of OB-GYN residency Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in OB-GYN practice highly desirable Other Requirements Vaccinations as mandated, or approved medical/religious exemptions Willingness to work day shifts on a scheduled basis, with occasional PRN call availability Credentialing complete within approximately 60-90 days, with no licensing required for this position, as license is already active in PA If you are committed to advancing women's health through compassionate, high-quality care, take the next step in your professional journey.
