NO CALL & No office or clinic duties.ROLEChoose 1 of 2 Hospitals -24 Hour Shifts majority, with some 12 hour 2-3 Providers each daily clinic Level 3 NICU with MFM on site <90 monthly deliveries on averageDUTIESDeliver obstetrical and gynecological care to patients including but not limited to providing contraceptive services (at hospitals that provide contraceptive services)Deliver direct patient care to high-risk patients including situations where Maternal Fetal Medicine support may only be available by telephone or video consultationParticipate daily in Labor and Delivery board roundsServe as the Safety Officer on Labor and Delivery to ensure that all patients, regardless of their primary admitting clinician, have the safest possible outcomesSupport community physicians and midwives through clinical assistance as requested including practice coverage as requested and as safely availableShifts:Majority 24 hour or some 12 hour shiftsFull-time = 59 (24-hr) shifts per 28-day blockPromotable to Site DirectorPACKAGEW2 employed opportunityGuaranteed shifts and hourly rate/commensurate with experienceRange starting $150 per hourFlexible schedulingPotential Bonus & Potential PromotionMedical, dental, vision coverages401k with matchMalpractice with Tail4 Weeks PTO including holidays, CMECME:$2,000 Annual Stipend towardACOG/ACOOG membership duesABOG/AOBOG certification maintenanceSubscriptions, License fees for state licensureSKILLS Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of California 1+ years experience preferred Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology
