Job Description

- Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
- Beeper Call - With some consultation.
- Clinic Mon-Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Could have half day off during the week (Monday-Thursday and hospital call)
- EMR System: Epic
- Outpatient and Inpatient
- Admissions are Required
- Hospital is Stroke Certified
- Patients per Shift: 18-25
- Beds in Department: less than 10
- Rounding Patients: Assigned
- Trauma Level: 2
- Support Staff: 5 RN's - 5 MA's - 5 PA/NP - 5 Office Staff
- Call Response Time Required: 15 Min Call Ratio: 1:3 Call Back: 10%
- Avg Call # Per 24 Hour: Phone Consults: 0-3
- Patient Census: 15-23, nigh call census: 1-2
- EMR System: Epic
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, BC or BE, Fellowship
- Hospital/Surgery Center privileges are required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
