Key Responsibilities - Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with urgent and emergent medical conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver effective patient care.
- Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, splinting, and monitoring of cardiac/respiratory status.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Provide patient and family education as needed.
- Respond to emergency situations including codes, trauma, and rapid response events.
Qualifications - Current RN license
- BLS / ACLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
