We re hiring an Optometrist in Ocala, Florida who wants predictable weekday hours, strong benefits, and the autonomy of running a clinic without weekend demands.
You ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on comprehensive eye exams, ocular disease management, and routine vision care. This is a single-provider setting with full clinical and front office support, giving you independence while still having a team behind you.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $120,000 to $155,000 (40 hours; prorated for 32 hours)
• 100% employer-paid medical insurance for employee-only coverage (30+ hours)

• 20 days PTO plus 8 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
