Required Skills and Qualifications: Valid RN license in good standing Proven experience in emergency room, med-surg, or acute care settings Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and prioritize effectively Knowledge of emergency protocols and med-surg procedures Nice to Have Skills: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications Previous experience working in a critical access hospital or rural setting Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ER or med-surg nursing experience Associated Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Other Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) Willingness to work in a rural, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital Scrubs attire: Any color acceptable Must possess or obtain applicable state licenses and certifications Willingness to work in a primarily med-surg setting with occasional ER duties This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team committed to your professional growth and success.
