Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Join our dynamic anesthesia team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. Required Skills: Valid and current SC State RN and CRNA licensure Certification by the NBCRNA BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience Proficiency in anesthesia administration, monitoring, and emergency response Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Proficient in EMR systems, specifically Epic Nice to Have Skills: Experience with a broad case mix including general, OB-GYN, ENT, and orthopedic procedures Previous experience in a high-volume surgical or outpatient setting Advanced certifications or specializations in anesthesia or related fields Preferred Education and Experience: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program At least 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital or surgical center environment Other Requirements: Willingness to work 4x10-hour shifts or 5x8-hour shifts, with rotating schedules Availability for home call once every two weeks, including response within 30-45 minutes Ability to respond to emergency calls during off-hours and weekends Vaccinations completed in accordance with state and federal regulations No licensing from the IMLC accepted; must hold SC license Willingness to undergo credentialing and privileging processes in a timely manner Compensation for this position is $239.46 per hour, with additional rates for weeknight and 24-hour call coverage.
