Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Make a Difference in Patient Care
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide expert anesthesia care across diverse surgical environments. This vital role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, team-oriented setting, supporting a broad case mix including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, obstetrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular surgeries excluding complex vascular, head, spine, and neuro cases. As a key member of our care team, you will support multiple operating rooms and contribute to delivering safe, efficient anesthesia services in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Required Skills:
- Valid CRNA certification and current licensure in the respective state
- Proven expertise in administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently within a medically supervised, care team model
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting robotic-assisted surgeries
- Knowledge of pediatric anesthesia practices
- Familiarity with regional and thoracic anesthesia techniques
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
- Prior experience supporting high-volume surgical environments (40-45 cases daily)
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work 5 days a week, 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00
- Ability to travel and reimbursements available as applicable
- Valid medical license, certifications, and compliance with all applicable regulations
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $212.67, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive W-2 medical benefits, paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program.
