Required Skills:

• Valid South Carolina (SC) RN license and active certification as a CRNA (ACLS, BLS, PALS through AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
• Proficiency in general, spinal, arterial line placements, ventilator management, and acute case evaluation within an outpatient surgical environment
• Strong knowledge ofEpic EMR system
• Ability to handle high patient volume of 30+ cases daily, including out-of-OR procedures such as GI, CV/TEE, and MRI coverage
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a community hospital setting
• Familiarity with diverse anesthesia modalities and outpatient surgery procedures
• Ability to adapt to a medical-directed ACT model with a 4:1 patient-to-CRNA ratio

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited CRNA program with relevant certification
• At least two years of anesthesia practice in similar clinical environments
• Valid South Carolina license with a clean background (expedited credentials available)

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to start between April and June 2026
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Must possess and maintain current licensure and certifications, with travel or credential reimbursements when applicable
