Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Monitor residents' health status, administer medications, and document care activities accurately.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote a positive care environment.
Required Skills: - Valid Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Proven experience in a residential or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health or mental health care.
Preferred Education and Experience: - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in Kansas.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a residential or long-term care environment.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
Other Requirements: - Availability to work 10-hour evening shifts.
- Ability to travel locally if required.
- Compliance with all licensure, certification, and background check requirements.
