Overview:
VieMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Residential Living Center in Salina, KS. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a supportive environment committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Monitor residents health status, administer medications, and document care activities accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and their families on health conditions and care procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
• Assist in assessing residents needs and reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in residents medical records.

Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Previous experience in residential or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications may be advantageous.
• Reliable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
