OBGYN Opening in ChicagoLocated near West TownFull-time, hospital-employed positionStart date before the Summer of 2026 Position Overview: Schedule: 16â€"20 hours of general clinical time (â 16 hrs clinic, 3â€"4 hrs surgery) Labor: One 24-hour restricted labor shift per week (post-call day off) OB/GYN Mix: Slightly OB-focused, with flexibility to adjust clinic time for surgery Average Deliveries: 7â€"12 per month per physician Clinic Volume: 20 patients per session Robotics: Available; experience preferred but not required Call Schedule: Generally 1:5 EMR: EPIC Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $350,000 (two-year guarantee) Earning Potential: $350,000â€"$425,000 with productivity Sign-On/Relocation: Available and negotiable PTO/CME: Standard system benefits; $3,000 CME allowance
