Required Skills: MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid medical license in the relevant state or the ability to obtain one Proven clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle in-house call duties Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) proficiency Nice to Have Skills: Experience with in-house call coverage and clinic management Additional certifications in women s health or advanced obstetrics procedures Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology preferred Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice Other Requirements: Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week in the clinic and one 24-hour in-house call shift per week Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training Ability to comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies Travel reimbursement and licensure support provided as applicable This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and additional reimbursements.
