Required Skills: Active CA Medical License in good standing Board Certification or truly Board Eligible in Urology Minimum of 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in Urology Proficiency in active fluoroscopy; willing to obtain or use temporary fluoroscopy if necessary Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and adhere to schedule requirements Nice to Have Skills: Experience with surgical procedures and case logs documentation Familiarity with hospital privileging processes Prior locum or temporary assignment experience Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Doctor (MD) with residency or fellowship in Urology At least 2 years of recent hospital-based practice in Urology Demonstrated experience with fluoroscopy and related procedures Other Requirements: Availability for specific 2026 dates: June 16-23, July 1-8, August 18-25, October 2-5, December 21-24 Willingness to work scheduled clinic hours (Monday-Thursday, 8 am-5 pm; Friday, 7:30 am-5 pm) with call coverage, including weekends (7-10 days/month) Call responsibilities include weekday night call and 24-hour weekend call Successful completion of privileging process within an estimated 90-day timeline Must adhere to all hospital and regulatory requirements, including licensure, certification, and credentialing processes This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in a supportive environment while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of $1.00 and a suite of benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits, paid sick leave, licensure, certification reimbursements, and more.
