Urology Physician - Exciting Opportunity at a Leading Tertiary Hospital Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Urology Physician and make a meaningful impact in a state-of-the-art hospital setting. Required Skills: Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology Valid U.S. Medical License Proven proficiency in diagnosing and managing common urological conditions such as kidney stones, stent placements, and other inpatient procedures Ability to work independently on a weekly rotation schedule Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities Nice to Have Skills: Experience with inpatient urology management Prior work in tertiary care or teaching hospitals Knowledge of hospital system workflows and ED protocols Familiarity with non-robotic surgical procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Degree (MD or DO) Completion of Residency in Urology Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred Other Requirements: Flexibility to work one-week shifts (starting Fridays at 4 PM through the following Friday at 7 AM) Ability to handle high patient volumes effectively Participation in on-call responsibilities, including system call participation with Aspirus Wausau Hospital Willingness to collaborate with hospital staff and EMS transport teams Certifications as required by state and federal regulations Position Details: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a busy, well-equipped ER and hospital environment No clinic responsibilities; focus solely on inpatient and emergency procedures Opportunity to work in a modern, technologically advanced facility with a supportive team Candidates ready to dedicate themselves to a demanding yet rewarding role in a leading healthcare institution are encouraged to apply now.
