Job Description

A Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join a rural healthcare practices in Rensselaer, Indiana. Located 1.5 hrs to both Chicago, and Indianapolis. This physician would join a growing, thriving practice that provides a collegial environment and strong mentorship opportunities.

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Flexible full-time schedule; No weekends or holidays
  • Average outpatient volume: 20-22 patients per day
  • Call responsibilities
  • Telehealth offered
  • Common Diagnoses:
    • Child and adult wellness visits
    • Back pain
    • Endocrinology issues
    • Hypertension
    • Heart failure
