Benefits and Features:
  • $70/hour approximately $145,000 annually
  • 20 Days PTO

The Role:

Providers conduct video visits from a clean, well-supported clinic environment in Brooklyn. On-site Medical Assistants and med techs at the assisted living facilities assist with vitals and exam preparation, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making without the noise and unpredictability of traditional facility rounding.
  • Full-time, Monday Friday, No nights, no weekends
  • Work out of the Brooklyn clinic conducting video visits with patients in assisted living facilities
  • Medical Assistants on-site perform vitals and assist with coordination
  • Goal is proactive management of geriatric patients to prevent hospitalizations
  • This is an ideal role for a provider who enjoys geriatric medicine and wants high-impact patient care in a structured, efficient setting


Background Desired:
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York
  • Active DEA License
  • Must already be credentialed with Medicare and NY State Medicaid
