You ll step into an inpatient role focused on evaluating patient abilities, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy that restores movement and reduces pain. You ll collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team while maintaining autonomy in your clinical decisions.

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay: $35.77 to $49.18 based on experience
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
