This role offers a "design your own schedule" model-work just 4-5 hours a day with full autonomy to round at your convenience. Handle admin time from home and enjoy a flexible call schedule coordinated with on-site nursing staff.-Call is handled at home and varies in complexity. Typical call may occur 5-6 times per week, manging prescriptons or providing nurse consultation. 2. Round between Valley view nursing home, Saphire at Goshen and Saphire at Meadowhill nursing facilities, all within a commutable distance. 3. Supported care: Join a well-established team of 16 clinicians under the leadership of Dr. Oltean, the current Medical Director. You'll round at 4-5 skilled nursing facilities, averaging 20 patients/day, providing consults and guidance-not volume-driven visits. Qualifications: -Candidates will need to be medicaid credentialed. Experience is preferred, but welcome new grads.
