Manpower Engineering is exclusively partnering with a very reputable, established and growing construction company/general contractor in McFarland, WI on a highly visible and direct hire/permanent Senior Project Manager - Commercial & Industrial Buildings position that's available due to continued growth and has strong development and advancement opportunities. The right person will have the opportunity to lead a team of Project Managers.

The company is a commercial and industrial construction company with over 50 years of experience in new building construction and remodeling. They have a strong track record of success - 20-25% year-over-year growth and the projects to double their sales in the near future. Our client specializes in tenant build-outs, design/build projects, and commercial interior build-outs, serving clients across the United States.   • Compensation Plan: Depending on qualifications/experience, this opportunity can offer up to a base salary of $160,000 plus quarterly projects bonus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Project Manager - Commercial & Industrial Buildings role is critical in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. If you're great communicator, strong leader and highly organized, our client's collaborative team and incredible customers are waiting for you. Responsibilities include scheduling, contracting, budgeting, coordination of communication and more as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus.
  • 5+ years project management of commercial building construction projects. Project management of industrial building construction projects is a plus.
  • Skills in project coordination and construction management.
  • Experience with the project management software Procore.
  • Proficiency in budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
