The right person will have the opportunity to lead a team of Project Managers.

- Compensation Plan: Depending on qualifications/experience, this opportunity can offer up to a base salary of $160,000 plus quarterly projects bonus.

Responsibilities include scheduling, contracting, budgeting, coordination of communication and more as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus.
- 5+ years project management of commercial building construction projects. Project management of industrial building construction projects is a plus.
- Skills in project coordination and construction management.
- Experience with the project management software Procore.
- Proficiency in budgeting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
