Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within the organization. Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician Location: Louisville, KY Pay Rate : $34-$36/hr What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations. Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems to ensure optimal operation. Travel between facilities to ensure all systems function properly and efficiently. Manage preventative maintenance, inventory control, and coordinate with contracted service providers. Record system readings, calibrate equipment, and make necessary adjustments to maintain performance standards. What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
