Required Skills:

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Compassionate nature with a focus on patient-centered care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with individuals with IDD
• Knowledge of specialized medical procedures related to IDD care
• Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term or IDD healthcare settings
• Prior experience with patient care documentation and reporting

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work the scheduled shifts: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM every other weekend and holiday
• Flexibility to rotate between scheduled weeks: Week 1 (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday), Week 2 (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
• Willingness to adhere to all facility policies and state regulations

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $0.00 (please inquire for specific compensation details).
