Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Wyandotte, MI Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is actively seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology team. Key Responsibilities: Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Perform thorough pre-anesthesia assessments to evaluate patient health status and develop tailored anesthesia plans. Develop, implement, and adjust anesthesia care plans based on intraoperative patient monitoring. Monitor patients continuously during procedures, managing anesthetic levels effectively and responding swiftly to any changes. Conduct postoperative evaluations to assess recovery and manage post-anesthesia care. Provide airway management services throughout the hospital as required, supporting various clinical units. Participate in inpatient anesthesia coverage, including on-call and weekend rotations, ensuring 24/7 patient care availability. Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and uphold high standards of care. Candidate Qualifications: Valid Board Certification as a CRNA, with no lapses or pending recertification. Active CPR (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and NBCRNA certification. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-certification; new graduates are not eligible. Demonstrated proficiency in anesthesia techniques across a variety of clinical settings. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Candidates seeking long-term employment within a single facility preferred; candidates commuting more than one hour or seeking multiple roles are not suitable. Candidate Preferences: Eligibility for H1B and J1 visa sponsorships. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications; salary expectations may be discussed during the interview. Sign-on bonus of $40,000. Full-time position with a compensation cap of $18,000.
