Required Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology Valid medical license in the practicing state Extensive knowledge of hematologic and oncologic conditions Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and patient management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) Nice to Have Skills: Experience with hematology and oncology treatment protocols Previous research or publication in related fields Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations Training or certification in palliative or supportive care Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution At least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in hematology and oncology Prior experience in an academic or hospital setting is advantageous Other Requirements: Willingness to participate in on-call rotations Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Travel for conferences or professional meetings as needed Certifications such as Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology preferred We invite experienced and motivated candidates passionate about advancing hematology and oncology care to apply now.
