Job Description

- Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
- Accepted Boards: ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS (case by case), FNP (ANCC, AANP), others case by case
- Residency Requirement:
- MD/DO: Solo 24-hour coverage
- Physician: 6:30a-6:30p, 6:30p-6:30a
- Annual Volume: 11,000 visits
- Average Patients Per Day: 31
- EMR: T-sheets
- Active KY License Required & KY DEA
- Privileging Timeframe: 90 days
