Job Description
- Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc): Hourly Shifts
- M-Th 7am - 4p both clinic and procedure days
- Patient Volume: 20-22 clinic patient/18-20 procedural patients
- Patient Age Group: 18+
- EMR: Epic
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Pain procedures TPI, PNS, RFA, NB etc
- PA License
- BLS, ACLS, DEA
- Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 45-90 days
