Central Pennsylvania Ongoing Assignment

WPA Medicine Staffing is partnering with multiple ASCs in Central PA to provide ongoing CRNA coverage in a low-stress, predictable outpatient setting.

• Float pool across 4 surgery centers

• Schedule: Monday Friday

• Shifts: 8-hour shifts 8:00 AM 3:00 PM

• No call. No weekends.

• Start: April Ongoing

• Care Model: Medically directed 1:3 ratio

• General Surgery

• ENT

• Plastics

• Orthopedics

• Endoscopy

• Healthy Pediatrics

• EMR: Epic or paper charting (site dependent)

• Efficient ASC workflows

• Supportive, team-based environment

• Active CRNA certification

• BLS, ACLS, PALS

• IMLC accepted

• Physician-owned and clinician-led built by providers who understand anesthesia care

• Clear expectations and consistent schedules
