LICENSE REQUIREMENTS• Active Arizona license OR• IMLC accepted
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS• Board Certified - Radiology• BLS• DEA
CLINICAL SCOPE• General Radiology coverage• ER reads• Occasional basic fluoroscopy cases• All reads performed onsite (hospital-based; no remote option)
