Our Laboratories Functional Service Partnership (FSP) team plays a direct role in advancing drug development by creating sustained groups of talent within our customers' organizations to provide long-term support. Key responsibilities:

  • Performs lab work in accordance with protocols, methods and requirements.
  • Prepares study protocols, project status reports, final study reports and other project-related technical documentation.
  • Designs experimental study and participates in technical troubleshooting.
  • Reviews, interprets and analyzes data for technical quality and compliance to protocols, methods and SOPs. Reviews laboratory investigations and deviation.
  • Organizes, schedules and supervises laboratory resources for group's project activities and updates project status. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in lab sciences such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science, Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology or similar

  • GL: Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years')
  • OR Masters degree and previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable 6+ years')
  • OR PhD and previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable 4+ years') In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have previous hands-on experience in analytical development, production, and/or R&D

  • Scientific background with hands on tobacco and/or consumer product laboratory experience
  • Leadership tasks like directing personal on a daily/weekly basis
  • Perform annual performance reviews and address performance issues
  • Liaison to the client and align with their needs and expectations
  • Excellent project management skills in defining scope, schedules, and resources to ensure consistent quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
