Compensation: $300,000 $330,000
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
Housing Stipend: $2,000/month (up to 1 year)
Role Overview
We re seeking a full-time Pediatrician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults in a community-focused outpatient and inpatient setting. This role offers strong compensation, housing support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved region.
What You ll Do
- Deliver high-quality pediatric care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of common childhood illnesses and minor injuries
- Manage care for pediatric patients with chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health, nutrition, and development
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and nursing staff
- Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
- Participate in team huddles, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support medical home (PCMH) care coordination efforts
- Serve as a preceptor for medical students and NP/PA students, as requested
- Rotate between clinic locations as needed
Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active California medical license
- Current DEA registration
- CPR/BLS certification
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing acute and chronic pediatric conditions
