Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We re seeking a permanent CRNA to join a well-established anesthesia team at a close-knit community hospital. The hospital is receptive to new graduates (depending on clinical rotations) and offers a supportive, collaborative environment with experienced CRNAs who enjoy mentoring.

• 2 weeks on / 1 week off, with the ability to combine weeks (e.g., 6 on / 2 off) when coordinated with the team. Call is 1:2 during your "on" weeks
• Many days finish by late morning or early afternoon

Practice Details

• 3 OR's(typically 2 running daily)
• Cut times are usually at 0800; CRNAs arrive around 0700 for pre-op visits and blocks
• Case volume: 600 anesthesia cases annually
• Case mix includes:

o General, scopes, eyes

o Busy orthopedic service including hips, knees, and fractures. If you need a refresher or training on regional blocks, the hospital will send you to a block class. No total shoulders

o Less than 70 deliveries per year.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $280,000/year +
• Annual retention bonus offered
