The practice is expanding due to significant patient growth and is looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their clinical team.

• Compensation: 30% of Production or Hourly Pay (Whichever is greater)

Responsibilities

• 4 Day Work Week
• Typical Hours: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM
• 7-8 Patients Per Day
• No Weekends or Major Holidays
• Work Collaboratively With the Lead Dentist and Team
• Provide Comprehensive Dental Hygiene Treatment and Education in a Patient-Centered Setting
• Must be Comfortable Using Arestin for Periodontal Treatment

Requirements

• Active and Unrestricted Dental Hygienist License in the State of Georgia (or Ability to Obtain)
• Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Open to New Graduates Mentorship Available From an Experienced, Chairside Hygienist
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience With Dentrix Software Is a Plus
