Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Emergency Room (ER) Nurse and make a vital difference in patient care during high-pressure situations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a reputable Level III ER, recognized as a nationally accredited Primary Stroke Center, providing essential services to thousands of patients annually. Required Skills: Valid RN license in good standing Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be through AHA or Red Cross) NIHSS certification Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Meditech EMR system Knowledge of ER protocols and procedures Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in a Level III ER or trauma center Previous experience with stroke protocols Bilingual abilities are a plus Prior experience using supply cabinet key management Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience Prior experience in trauma or stroke units is advantageous Other Requirements: Availability for 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM Sign ER supply cabinet key documentation prior to start Compliance with all hospital and regulatory requirements Ability to work with Meditech electronic medical records Willingness to work at the specified start date of 02/23/2026 This position offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $56.95, along with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
