Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

$75-85,000 annuallyOverview:LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected client in the Kansas City, MO area to identify a highly skilled Executive Assistant. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
Support special projects and assist with strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Proven track record of stability and long-term tenure in previous positions.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
